I was hit at one of the new roundabouts in WM and it ruined the entire passenger side of my car. The folks at Parker kept me informed, were always easy to get ahold of, and always super polite and professional. I mostly worked with Andrew Randall who worked with the insurance company and made sure I got quality parts for my car. My family has used Parker for years, and I will definitely continue to use them. (I also asked if they could change my oil while they had my car in the shop and they were super sweet and made sure to get it all done for me!) Services: Painting, Oil change, Body & Trim

5 stars for this company. I recently was involved in a wreck and had to drop my car off to them for repairs. The professionalism, expertise, and transparency throughout then entire repair process was second to none. Any updates they received regarding my insurance claim Audrey called me and updated me and provided suggestions for me to make the best decision for my situation. All of the replacement parts where factory oem Chevy parts so the car is like new. The turnaround time was fast and anytime there was any sort of potential delay I was called and updated. I recommend this shop to anyone who loves their vehicle as much as I do and is looking for the best service and repairs in the area. I hope I never go back to the shop under the same circumstances lol but if I do, Parker will be the first and only option for me. I truly appreciate the care put into the repairs and the entire repair process by this company. Thank you Audrey, Ritchie, and Trey.

24 documented hours of labor completed in 17 days... merry go round from the insurance company to the body shop. Dropped my car off July 1st, got back in it July 23rd. Paperwork says the work was completed on the 17th... not 1 cent out of my pocket but EYE was the one without MY vehicle. NEVER AGAIN! Updated after I read their reply. 8- 29-19 Too bad I have to at least give a 1 star rating. It’s not deserved. Complete LIE! When I bought my vehicle in I was told that y’all would handle the check issue. My first and only phone call from you guys came after I made this post. Each time any contact was made it was by me to you guys, my finance company, insurance and everyone concerned. I don’t know any of your workers or affiliates personally but I do feel personally messed over ESPECIALLY being that my vehicle only cranks off and on. I’ve purchased a new battery and there’s still something wrong with my car. But no worries, I wouldn’t dare burden you guys to see what the issue could be.

Kandice, we understand it would be frustrating to be without your vehicle for longer than needed. We were waiting on a confirmation of payment from your insurance company before being able to release the car to you. You were informed in the beginning that since the first check had been made out to you and your lien holder that either the check had to be sent in to the bank or Safeway would need to reissue the check to us directly. Since you would not call your lien holder and send the check In for them to clear and issue you back, we had to get the check reissued with from your insurance company. This took several phone calls and back and forth with your insurance company and did take over a week. This merry go round would have easily been avoided if you would have called to secure payment on your end from that first check from your bank. Or you could have simply told the insurance company where you were having repairs completed at to eliminate their need to make it out to you and the bank. We can’t cash a check made out to you and your bank without you and your back both endorsing it. So you see you had the payment for your repairs and as of the date you left this review we still haven’t been paid for those repairs. We simply needed confirmation that we would get paid for the repairs. I can assure you we wouldn't keep your car unless it was necessary and at any time you could have paid for the repairs and waited for your check to clear since it was made out to you anyway.
